Thank you to all of our friends here in Houston and around the world who have been upholding us in prayer in this incredibly difficult time. A funeral service for Aimee Katherine has been scheduled for 2:30 pm this Friday (January 6) at Faith Bible Church (5505 Research Forest Drive Spring, TX 77381), with a reception following. Public viewing will be before the service, between 1:30 and 2:00 pm.

Please continue to pray for us as we seek to know God’s peace and comfort amid the overwhelming sorrow and tears.

Tartan and Naomi, what sadness I felt when I came around the corner with the Dr. to break the awful news about sweet Aimee. Please know all of us that were there yesterday went home and hugged our kids a little harder, told them that we love them, we never know when God will call one of His children home. I can rest in the assurance that Aimee is sitting with Jesus and he has told her that he loves her dearly.

I live close by your neighborhood and since I heard the sad news from my daughter, I've been praying for the whole family. I know that even with the love of God, you are in pain, but He will give you the strength and comfort you need to cope with this terrible time you are going through. Little Aimee is in Heaven now and you all will have on her a little angel looking down and taking care of you. God bless you all.

I just heard. My heart goes out to you all and know that our prayers are with you and your family. I can just see her and Joslyn talking and playing together at Excelsior like it was yesterday. I will be there Friday. Please let me know if there is anything I can do.

It is with great sorrow that I learned of Aimee's passing. We are truly blessed that we are ransomed from death so little Aimee has passed from this life to an eternal life with our LORD. Your family is in my thoughts and prayers.

I do not know your family personally but live close by. I am so saddened by the loss of your daughter. I am a Christian as well and take comfort in the fact that she is in heaven with our Lord Jesus but cannot imagine the amount of grief you feel. Please know that we are praying for you and your entire family over the coming days, weeks and months. I have 3 children, 12, 9 and 3 years of age. I hug them a little closer each night and thank God for them. May your family feel the love of Christ and through His strength endure this difficult time.
